What are offsets and how to set them in the Flatma constructor

Offsets are fixed dimensions of furniture parts that can be either negative or positive. They allow you to adjust the overall dimensions of the furniture while maintaining its proportions.

In the Flatma constructor, there are six types of offsets:
- Top offset
- Bottom offset
- Left and right offsets
- Front offset
- Rear offset
Color labels on the constructor indicate the sides of the component and correspond to these offsets.

These offsets can be used to adjust gaps between facades or other fixed dimensions of furniture parts.

Examples of Using Offsets:
1. Setting negative offsets of 2 mm for facades will keep the distance between the facades unchanged even when their width is adjusted.

1. Setting a positive offset of 100 mm from the edge of a table will keep this offset unchanged even when the size of the table is adjusted.
